Excellent and very clean hotel with an even better location and surroundings! The hotel is nestled in the middle of the jungle, offering a truly immersive nature experience. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, and they even picked us up from the train station without prior arrangement. The food at the hotel was amazing, definitely the best we had during our trip in Thailand.

There were a few things that could be improved. First, it would be advisable to bring proper hiking shoes to navigate the muddy jungle terrain.

The staff (Yaya and another lady) were particularly helpful. We had stayed there (and some others as well) as we were there for a trail run race (at Khao Yai) and the hotel had accommodated our request for an early breakfast starting from 330am onwards which was very helpful. Small hotel, very personal and quiet and peaceful. Short tours to the national park was available.

The hotel is 2.8km from the main road and this did not show on the website. It would be inconvenient if one did not have their own transportation or hired a private vehicle or taxi. I had earlier e mailed the hotel on possible transportation arrangements from Pak Chong (nearby town and main bus stop) to the hotel and unfortunately this e mail was not responded to.

Spent New Year in the heart of the lush jungle. Friendly, chatty and attentive staff. Easy pick-up service included from train station. Had the best Thai food on my trip. Enjoyed excursions into the deep jungle with knowledgeable guides. Suitable for adventure lovers.

It's in the middle of nowhere so you need to be prepared. Bring sturdy shoes as the jungle paths are muddy.

Everything is done properly, great food (best we had in Thailand even), excursions through the Thai jungle is fully arranged and makes a full day program. (snakes, monkeys, elephants, etc). There is a transit service to the Bankok airport if you want. Nothing but good about this hotel, really enjoyed it!!

Nothing was bad, only a few recommendations: Bring proper hiking shoes to the jungle, quit muddy. Pre arrange a pick-up by the hotel. It is in the real outback in a city where there are no taxi's. Even GPS or Google Maps does not know how to find the hotel. When you give the hotel a call in advance, they will pick you up and bring you there.

Nice friendly staff. The hotel seems very new. Good restaurant and swimming pool area. Room is huge big and clean. Position: in the middle of nowhere, but the hotel manage efficient transfer and tour services, so a private car is not needed.

Bed was extremly hard! Rooms and services prices seems a little too high for Thai standard. Room design, expecially in the bathroom are very minimal. Position: in the middle of nowhere :-)

They also provide a transit service to the Bangkok airport, making it convenient for travelers. The hotel's location in the outback can be a bit challenging to find, as GPS or Google Maps may not give accurate directions. It is recommended to pre-arrange a pick-up by the hotel to avoid any difficulties.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It was incredibly clean and had excellent facilities. The staff was friendly and spoke English fluently. They even arranged for a pick-up from the train station, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the middle of the jungle. I had the best food in Thailand here, and they also organized exciting jungle excursions where I saw snakes, monkeys, and even elephants. Additionally, there was a convenient transit service to the Bangkok airport.
